Growing up in the 80s, I would get up early every Saturday morning excited to see Allura pilot the Blue Lion, She-Ra swing in to save the day and Firestar heat up any adventure!
Or running home from the school bus with anticipation to watch Scarlett & Lady Jaye foil Cobra's plans, Jem heat up the charts and hear the Thundercats roar into action.
Thundercats is my favorite show but the female characters and their storylines are the ones I enjoyed the most. My collection focuses on those shows and characters that helped define a childhood.
